The pianist from South Korea plays works by Debussy, Dvorak and Liszt for two and four hands.

Su Yeon Kim gained international recognition when she won first prize at the Concours Musical International de Montréal in 2021 and second prize at the Salzburg International Mozart Competition in 2020.

Her debut performance with the Orchester symphonique de Montréal under Maestro Osmo Vänskä in October 2022 marked the turning point in her career, having given concerts in numerous renowned venues around the world, including the Herkulessaal Munich, the Teatro alla Scala Milan and the Franz- Liszt Hall Budapest, Grosser Saal Stiftung Mozarteum Salzburg, Salle Cortot Paris, Kennedy Center Washington DC, Hamarikyu Asahi Hall Tokyo and Seoul Arts Center, among others.

Jae-Yeon Won is one of the most sought-after musicians of his generation.

His career began to take off after he was successful in many prestigious competitions around the world including the Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition, the Long-Thibaud International Music Competition, the Ferrol International Piano Competition, the Karl Robert Kreiten Prize and the Dong A Music Competition. Jae-Yeon Won released his first debut album “Bach to Bartok” in 2020 on the Acouscence label sponsored by Shigeru Kawai. Jae-Yeon Won is a Steinway artist.
