Use our free W-LAN. The "Laudinella Group" network is available to you in all three houses. You don't need a password. Just accept the terms of service and you're connected.

On request, we will be happy to provide you with an anti-allergy pillow or a second standard pillow.

The cross-country ski trail entrance is located directly next to the OVAVERVA Wellness & Spa. Trail passes can be purchased either at the Suvretta Sports shop located directly in the indoor swimming pool, online in the Experience Shop, or at the checkpoints distributed along the trail network (cash payment).
Order your packed lunch at reception by 6:00 PM the day before. Alternatively, you can call 2611 (Hotel Laudinella) or 9831 (Hotel Reine Victoria) from your room phone. The packed lunch costs CHF 20 per person if you would like it in addition to breakfast.
Bike routes, maps and tour information as well as information about the open transport facilities are available at reception. Laundry facilities are available upon request. In the immediate vicinity you will find two bike shops for repairs or shopping.
