Are you traveling by train and need a transfer to or from the train station? Register your journey at the reception. Our porters will be happy to drive you to the train station in St. Moritz every day between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. You can inform us of your arrival in advance. 

You will find a shoe-cleaning sponge in your room's wardrobe, or you can obtain one from reception. Alternatively, shoe-cleaning machines are available in the hotel. 

Have you lost a button or do you need to mend a hole? Ask at reception for a sewing kit. 

Did you forget your toothbrush? We're happy to help at reception.  

Need assistance carrying your luggage? Our porters are at your disposal. Let the reception know. A member of staff will be at your side immediately. 

Your bed linens and sheets will be changed several times during a longer stay. If you would like more frequent or daily linen changes, please let us know. 

Whether in the restaurants or bars of our hotels or at the ski rental shop: you can conveniently have your bills charged to your room and settle them after your stay. 

You will find laundry bags and lists in your room. Please hand in your laundry by 10 a.m. and you will receive it back freshly washed the following day. We offer an express service at a surcharge of +25% on the usual laundry price. This way you will receive your fresh laundry back on the same day. [...]

A selection of vegetarian dishes can be found in all of our restaurants. We are happy to offer you special vegan dishes on request.

Drop off your laundry before 10:00 AM and receive it back freshly ironed the following day. Express service is available for an additional €25 on top of the regular price: Drop it off by 10:00 AM and it will be back with you the same day.
