Course content
In the course we learn the first, essential part of the short form according to Cheng Man-ch'ing (1900-1975). Like most Yang style forms, this form is characterized by calm, flowing movements that appear light and graceful on the outside, but internally trigger many profound processes throughout the body. In addition, at the beginning of each course unit, we practice a short, preparatory form from Qi Gong or Tai Ji Che together with individual exercise elements that specifically address the basic principles of Tai Ji.
target group
The harmonious, gentle movements make Tai Chi suitable for all ages and fitness levels; no previous knowledge is required.
