Event details

Born in Moscow, Varvara studied at the Gnessin State Musical College and continued her studies at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory with Mikhail Voskressensky and later with Evgeni Koroliov in Hamburg. 

In 2006 she was honored at the Leipzig Bach Competition and in 2012 she was brought onto the international stage by winning first prize at the Concours Géza Anda in Zurich. Varvara is curious about every art form and her wide repertoire spans all eras.
