Closing concert of the Symphonic Brass Project (SBP) music course week, which is open to advanced amateur musicians, music students and professional musicians. Works and arrangements for large brass ensembles (6 trumpets, 4 horns, 3 trombones, euphonium, 2 tubas) with percussion are rehearsed and performed, which are not often played due to the technical requirements and the occupation of classical brass bands.

The SBP enables musicians and concertgoers to develop or listen to concert brass music that lies outside the mainstream.

Under the direction of Thomas Trachsel, the Symphonic Brass Project plays works by Sullivan, Nelhybel, Colomer, Woud and Wood for large brass ensemble
