The time has finally come: the most phenomenal male vocal ensemble in the world is performing in the Engadin! Founded in 1968 by students from King's College Cambridge, it has been in a class of its own for 55 years. The King's Singers are known worldwide not only for their unique musical mastery and art of interpretation, but also for their stunning British charm, their connection with the audience and their incredibly wide repertoire, which contains everything your heart desires from Bach to the Beatles. In the Engadin they celebrate "Tom & Will", the two great English Renaissance composers William Byrd and Thomas Weelkes. For their 400th birthday, they show the King's Singers as bold personalities with wit, humor and a rebellious spirit. Featuring well-known gems from both composers and previously unreleased works seldom heard live, the King's Singers reveal something of the humanity of these two giants of Elizabethan music and politics. A program full of beauty, drama and exciting stories!
