Around 80 singers sing with passion. For the audience!

The mixed Bündner senior choir CANZIANO! is a success story. Founded in 2009 on the initiative of Pro Senectute, the choir has since performed regularly under the direction of Rico Peterelli in the valleys of Graubünden and at various locations in Switzerland, often together with first-class soloists or musicians. The joy and enthusiasm of the approximately 80 singers are contagious and constant. The choir is accompanied by the Rondo Canziano, their own 10-piece orchestra.

This year the concert will be enriched by the Striichmusig Dobler, a family formation from Appenzell. This will allow you to enjoy another musical gem. Father Martin and his four children perform in the typical Appenzell string music instrumentation with violin, cello, dulcimer and bass.

The program includes well-known and lesser-known Swiss songs in all national languages and even compositions and world premieres by the professional musician, composer and conductor Rico Peterelli.
