The play La Note (original title, translated as "The Farewell Letter") by French author Audrey Schebat premiered at the Théâtre des Bouffes Parisiens in Paris in September 2023, starring Sophie Marceau and Françoise Berléand. The Swiss premiere is presented by the newly founded Theater Affix. The play addresses relevant social issues such as the complexities of marital relationships, their mutual dependencies, and expectations. With the noose already around his neck, he unties the knot and begins to understand what LIFE truly means!

The farewell letter is a tragicomic chamber play of the "highbrow boulevard" genre with two equally important, complex, psychological roles, highs and lows, as well as humorous and relentless scenes.
