You will learn how to process the herbs for fine dishes and how to use them in everyday life. Especially bitter wild and garden herbs have a real vitality with which a great effect can be achieved.

Rosi Mangger Walder is a master florist and herbalist and loves everything that is green and blooming. She offers herbal hikes and workshops on herb cultivation and wild herbs in the kitchen. More than 500 alpine, tropical and rare herbs grow in her large garden. She sells her own product line under the name "Kraedu".
