Ideally, as an organizer, you're not simply interchangeable, and you manage to build a relationship with artists over the years that inspires both parties equally. This is precisely the kind of relationship the festival cultivates with the Jazzrausch Big Band. A force of nature, a band that fearlessly brings jazz to the dance floor.
