After receiving your application, our People & Culture team will take a first look at your documents. If your profile is a good fit, we will forward them to the relevant department head. After the department has assessed you, we will invite you for an in-person interview or video call, depending on your location. For management or executive positions, a second on-site interview usually follows. If both parties are comfortable, we will first send you an offer, followed by a contract.
