Event details
The French pianist David Kadouch is internationally acclaimed as a soloist and chamber musician. He is particularly praised worldwide for the depth of his playing and the sincerity of his interpretations. His recital programs are carefully and originally curated, his concert repertoire is unusually broad – from Bach to Saint-Saëns, from Mozart to Massenet, from Clara Schumann to Messiaen – and he frequently brings forgotten composers of the 19th and 20th centuries to the fore.
Born in 1985, David Kadoush studied in Nice, Paris, and Madrid, perfecting his playing with Murray Perahia, Maurizio Pollini, Maria-João Pires, Daniel Barenboim, and others. At the age of 13, he performed at Metropolitan Hall in New York, and at 14 at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow. He appears at the most prestigious festivals and is a chamber music partner of musicians such as the Capuçon brothers and the Quatuor Ebène.
