Born in Seoul in 1990, he went to the USA with his parents in 1998 and dreamed of becoming a musician as a child. At the age of six he had piano lessons, his mother was a celist, he grew up in the midst of classical music and studied in the USA, Korea and Germany. In the meantime he has won numerous prizes, such as the Beethoven Prize of the Cleveland International Piano Competition and the 2nd prize at the Concours Géza Anda in Zurich. The jury rated Park as an outstanding pianist who makes the music speak with passionate vigor.
