Travel on the 'slowest express train in the world' via the Albula Unesco World Heritage route and enjoy the fabulous view of the unbelievable natural spectacle of the Swiss Alps. Because with us, even the arrival becomes a holiday experience. For the best view, secure a seat in the observation car at the end of the train.

There is a direct connection to St. Moritz from Chur (via the Julier Pass) and from Lugano (through Italy), from the Lower Engadine and Bergell.
All roads lead to the Engadine. Whether from Austria, Italy, Ticino or northern Switzerland - you can reach our wonderful high valley on well-developed roads through valleys, tunnels and over alpine passes.
In winter the Julier, Maloja, Ofen and Bernina passes are open for crossing the Alps. In case of bad weather conditions or when the passes are closed, Engadin can be reached from the north by RhB car transport through the Vereiner Tunnel (between Klosters/Selfranga - Sagliains in the Lower Engadine) and from the south through the Munt La Schera Tunnel.
Despite the great anticipation, please do not forget to pack your snow chains if you are travelling by car from October onwards!
Engadin Airport - at 1,707m above sea level, Europe's highest airport in Samedan is just seven kilometres from St. Moritz. The airport can be approached by national and international destinations. A special bonus: the bird's eye view of Engadin and the Swiss Alps is an unforgettable experience. The international airports of Zurich, Milan, Innsbruck or Munich can be reached by air taxi in less than an hour and offer connections to numerous international flight routes.
