Your room key (room card) is programmed for the length of the booked stay. The front doors of the hotel can be opened around the clock with the room card or your room key.
You will receive a certain number of room cards from us when you check in. These must be returned in full upon check-out. If the card is lost, CHF 10 must be paid.
