This improves blood circulation, regulates breathing, metabolism, the nervous system and strengthens the immune system. The seminar is an introduction for beginners and an aha experience for advanced learners. Previous knowledge is not required. Qi Gong can be practiced into old age and brings about well-being and joie de vivre.
