1. Opening round: We start with the basics of the Barcamp format and get to know each other.

2. Session Planning: We'll determine the future course of City Connect together! Every participant has the opportunity to contribute and share their expertise or passion. Whether you want to offer an engaging session, give an inspiring talk, start a dynamic mastermind group, or spark a heated discussion – this is the place!

3. Interactive Sessions: You're spoiled for choice: Where do you participate? You choose from two or three parallel sessions. Of course, you also have the freedom to switch between sessions. The focus here is on knowledge transfer. Discover new perspectives, get input on a specialist topic, or develop solutions to your current problem together with others.
