RULES OF MEMBERSHIP
- Members are entitled to the specified benefits during the regular opening hours of the Laudinella Group
- The Member Card must be presented to receive the discount
- If requested, a valid identification document must be presented to identify the person named on the Member Card
- The Member Card is not transferable
- The Member Card is valid exclusively for consumption by the holder
- No Member Card discount can be granted on offers that are already discounted (e.g. Happy Hour)
- We reserve the right to regulate the availability of room rates depending on occupancy and seasonal peak times
- The Member Card can only be issued to persons aged 16 and over with a valid email address
- After expiry of the validity period, the right to all benefits of the Member Card expires; an automatic extension does not take place.
- If the Member Card is lost, a new card can be issued upon presentation of a valid identification document
- The Sundowner Apéro Riche for members takes place once a year. Failure to use this service does not entitle you to compensation or compensatory measures.
- In case of violation of the Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to terminate the membership prematurely
- The Member Card is available in all gastronomic outlets of the Laudinella Group
