"Music helps us to live more fulfilled and happy lives," Anna Kravchenko is convinced. The Italian-Ukrainian pianist Anna Kravchenko is one of the outstanding pianists of her generation. In 1992, at the age of 16, she won first prize in the Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition, which had not awarded a first prize for five years. An international career followed, which took her to the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Vienna Musikverein, the Herkulessaal in Munich, the Berlin Philharmonie and many other famous music halls. The press wrote that her playing warms the heart and beguiles the senses: "Her luminous sound and her poetic interpretations moved the audience to tears." Since 2013, Anna Kravchenko has been teaching as a professor at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano.
