The Laudinella Hotel Group comprises four unique hotels in St. Moritz: Laudinella, Reine Victoria, Corvatsch, and Lej da Staz. During your apprenticeship, you'll rotate between different hotels, gaining practical experience in diverse areas such as reception and housekeeping. Boredom? Not a chance.
The gastronomy side is anything but monotonous: We operate several bars and restaurants with a variety of cuisines – from Swiss classics to stone-baked pizzas to Asian cuisine. We serve à la carte, organize buffets, and offer event catering.
And the best part: You're not alone. Experienced vocational and practical trainers will accompany you throughout your apprenticeship. You'll have dedicated contacts, receive honest feedback, and participate in exciting apprentice outings. One highlight: our annual dinner, to which your parents are also invited.

Restaurant professionals are hosts through and through: they look after guests, recommend dishes and ensure smooth service.
Hotel management assistant
Hotel managers coordinate the processes in the background: They process reservations, create offers and implement marketing measures.
Specialist in hotel and housekeeping
Specialists in hotel housekeeping take care of the cleanliness of the rooms and laundry, look after guests and assist with daily organization.
Hotel communications specialist
Hotel communications specialists form the interface between guests, staff and management, are familiar with all departments in the hotel and take on marketing tasks.
