Laudinella AG

On January 19, 2018, the Laudinella cooperative, founded in 1956, was transformed into a public limited company by a members' vote with a majority of 93.36%. This decision paved the way for securing the necessary investments in the Hotel Laudinella, which opened in 1957, and for the future-proof expansion of the hotel and cultural infrastructure in St. Moritz.
