The rooms of the Art Nouveau chalet are rustically furnished, exuding warmth and a nostalgic sense of comfort. Enjoy the tranquility – for example, on a family vacation, a yoga retreat, or a customized group trip.

With views of the lake and Swiss stone pine forest, all rooms are located on the second floor of the chalet and have a bathroom and toilet.
The rooms can only be booked together as an exclusive hotel buyout. In addition, communal areas such as the rustic hunting lodge are also available.

Restaurant Lej da Staz

YOUR JOURNEY TO US

HOTEL LEJ DA STAZ
Arrival by train

Travel comfortably - arrive on time. The SBB (Swiss Federal Railways) brings you safely and easily to the Engadine. The journey becomes really exciting as soon as you board the RhB Glacier Express in Chur. On the Unesco World Heritage route Albula you travel with the 'slowest express train in the world' and enjoy the fabulous view of the incredible natural spectacle of the Swiss Alps. Because with us, the journey becomes a holiday experience. For the best view, secure a seat in the panorama car at the end of the train.

If you register in advance, we will be happy to pick you up with the shuttle at St. Moritz train station between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and drive you to the hotel.

All roads lead to the Engadin - whether from Austria, Italy, Ticino or northern Switzerland.

In winter, the Julier, Maloja, Ofen and Bernina passes are open for crossing the Alps. In bad weather or when passes are blocked, the Engadine can be reached from the north using the RhB car train through the Vereina tunnel (between Klosters/Selfranga - Sagliains in the Lower Engadine) and from the south through the Munt La Schera tunnel.

You can leave your car either in the public parking spaces at the Waldhaus am See or in the Serletta parking garage. Or you can use the hotel's own parking space at Reine Victoria (CHF 15 per day) and we will take you from there to the hotel with the shuttle (free of charge).

The yellow bus with the traditional three-tone horn - PostAuto is unmistakable and part of Switzerland's cultural identity. The leading Swiss bus company will take you safely and reliably to your destination. There is a direct connection to St. Moritz from Chur (over the Julierpas) and from Lugano (through Italy), from Unterengadin and Bergell. However, the well-developed network of routes makes it easy to get there by PostAuto from each part of Switzerland. First class , of course.
Erich's Taxi offers a direct transfer from the airport to the Engadin. For four or more people, the minibus will take you from Zurich, Friedrichshafen, Innsbruck or Milan to the Hotel Reine Victoria, from where we will take you to the hotel by shuttle.

Engadin Airport - at 1,707m above sea level, Europe's highest airport in Samedan is just seven kilometres from St. Moritz. The airport can be approached by national and international destinations. A special bonus: the bird's eye view of Engadin and the Swiss Alps is an unforgettable experience. The international airports of Zurich, Milan, Innsbruck or Munich can be reached by air taxi in less than an hour and offer connections to numerous international flight routes.

Even without your own car or if you prefer to leave it in the hotel car parking, Engadinbus and RhB will bring you to your destination without any complications. And best of all: in summer the public transport ticket is included in the price of your stay for the whole duration in all of our hotels.
