Sixteen-year-old violin virtuoso Nikita Koller is a multiple prize winner of international competitions and is on his way to conquering the world's stages.
Nikita made his debut as a soloist with a chamber orchestra at the age of 10. Since then, he has performed with various orchestras, including the Zurich Chamber Philharmonic, the Bavarian Philharmonic in Munich, and the Camerata Tchaikovsky in London. His concert appearances have taken him to renowned venues such as the KKL Luzern, the Stadtcasino Basel, the Mozarteum Salzburg, and Carnegie Hall in New York. In the summer of 2024, he performed as part of the prestigious Verbier Festival Soloist Academy, and in the summer of 2025, he appeared in the renowned Jordan Hall at the New England Conservatory in Boston. Nikita is currently studying at the Yehudi Menuhin School in London with Professor Robin Wilson.
Together with pianist Pavel Pozdyshev, Nikita will offer a musical journey featuring pieces by Bach, Mozart, Paganini, and Debussy. As the highlight of the program, the fiery rhapsody "Tzigane" by French composer Maurice Ravel, one of the most demanding works in virtuoso violin literature, will bring the fiery emotions of musical Impressionism to St. Moritz.
