Although the defensive aspect is still there, today Tai Ji is mainly practiced for health care and long happy life. Tai Ji can be practiced by women and men into old age. Regular practice of Tai Ji regulates the various functional systems of the organism and promotes health, mental clarity, concentration and supports the physical and mental balance of the practitioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allow yourself to feel the inner movement in stillness. Treat yourself to this time-out during an intensive Tai Ji week in the powerful nature of the Upper Engadine.<br>Would you like to actively do something for your health and more well-being? In this seminar I offer you the space. The lessons begin with gentle Qi Gong movements.<\/li><li>Getting to know the basic Tai Ji elements: steps forward, backward, sideways.
