In the Advent quiet of the Engadin, this traditional week offers the opportunity to get in the mood for Christmas with music in a stimulating community of like-minded people. As every year, the work will focus on a festive work for choir and orchestra from the 18th century that has been reworked and made playable again. Many other beautiful works are waiting to be rediscovered in the unique music library of Einsiedeln Abbey. Regular choral voice training works on personal voice skills as well as on a balanced choral sound. Instrumentalists also meet for joint music-making lessons, where ensemble music is cultivated and assignments in the orchestra are prepared.
\nThe extended lunch break offers the opportunity for walks and excursions, and chamber music can also be cultivated individually during this time. For the voluntary evening programs, contributions of all kinds from the group of participants are very welcome and enrich the choir week.<\/p>\n
