We are talking about Francesco Piemontesi, born in Locarno in 1983. He is considered one of the most interesting and imaginative pianists of our time. He plays with the world&#039;s most renowned orchestras from all continents such as the Berlin Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the London Symphony and the NHK Symphony Orchestra Tokyo and is a guest at the Salzburg Festival, the Lucerne Festival, the Schleswig-Holstein Musk Festival and the BBC Proms. In addition, since 2012 he has been the artistic director of the &quot;Settimane Musicali di Ascona&quot;.
