Yoga and winter sports? The spiritual teachings of the warm India make sense even in the cold winter.

Both skiing and snowboarding require strength and flexibility and demands a lot of balance. Yoga strengthens muscles and improves flexibility and concentration. Exercises to stretch the hips are particularly important for winter sports enthusiasts, as the hip flexors are strained and shortened by the constant change between stretching and bending during skiing. For a better balance, the course focuses on the midsection of the body as well as strengthening the abdomen and back.
