Take a week off in the magically beautiful landscape of the Engadine to balance and relax with the soft, flowing movements of Tai Ji Quan. The name Quan (Chinese) = fist makes it clear that these forms were formerly used for fighting and defence. Although the defense aspect is still present, Tai Chi is practiced today mainly for health care and for a long happy life. Regular practice of Tai Ji regulates the various functional systems of the organism and promotes health, mental clarity, concentration and supports the physical and mental balance of the practitioner.
This course is suitable for beginners and advanced students. No previous knowledge required.
