You feel stressed, drained, exhausted? Are you faced with an important decision? You need retreat and finally time for yourself again? This break-time week provides the ideal setting for finding clarity, strength and focus again. For what is really important to you in life.

The workshop offers a practical introduction to mindfulness with different body, concentration and breathing exercises as well as mindfulness meditation with theoretical and philosophical aspects.

  • Training perception: body, thoughts, feelings and breath
  • Mindful body work and conscious use of the breath
  • Mindfulness Meditation in rest and motion: Various sitting meditations and walking meditations from the Buddhist Vipasana and Yoga tradition
  • Philosophical considerations and theoretical hints
  • Western approaches to stress management: communication psychology, mental stress management
  • Many tests and exercises for your own reflection and personal development
  • Time for rest, regeneration and tranquility
