Event details

Do you feel stressed, drained, exhausted? Are you facing an important decision? Do you need a retreat and finally some time for yourself again !? This break week offers you the ideal setting to find clarity, strength and focus again. For what is really important to you in life.

Mindfulness training has established itself in the western world as an everyday way for more presence, serenity and concentration and less stress. The content imparted this week is based on yogic, Buddhist, Ayurvedic and the latest neuroscientific and psychological findings that are thousands of years old. The aim is to transfer a mindful attitude to everyday life and work, and thus to be able to deal more calmly with stress and stressful thoughts and feelings. Learn to deal with high levels of stress (job, family, relationships), to get out of negative spirals of thought, to find a way to slow down, to be more friendly with yourself and to gain more inner balance and joie de vivre.

The workshop offers a practical introduction to mindfulness with various body, concentration and breathing exercises as well as mindfulness meditation with theoretical and philosophical aspects.

Content of the seminar

  • Train perception: body, thoughts, feelings and breath
  • Mindful body work and conscious use of the breath
  • Mindfulness meditations in rest and movement: Various sitting and walking meditations from the Buddhist Vipasana and Yoga tradition
  • Philosophical considerations and theoretical introductions
  • Western concepts for coping with stress: communication psychology, mental stress management
  • Lots of tests and exercises for your own reflection and personal development
  • Time for relaxation, regeneration and rest

Goals for our week together

  • deal more calmly with high stress levels
  • reduce stress-related symptoms
  • learn to focus better despite the many distractions around you
