Running is one of the easiest sports – put your shoes on and start running. But here, too, one should consider one or the other thing in order to avoid unnecessary injuries and to be able to make long-term progress. You will receive exactly these tips & tricks at this running workshop first-hand from our professionals Tadesse Abraham (Swiss record holder in the marathon & European champion in the half marathon) and Adrian Lehmann (Swiss national team in the marathon & multiple Swiss champion over 10 km & half marathon). They offer a different workout every day for seven days, so you'll definitely get your money's worth. target group Hobby, ambitious and advanced runners who want to train more efficiently and avoid injuries. Tadesse Abraham Tadesse Abraham grew up in rural Eritrea at 2,400 meters above sea level and even as a boy had to walk up to 20 km to school every day. He has been a Swiss citizen since 2014 and lives in Geneva. 2016 was Tadesse's most successful marathon year to date - Swiss record, European champion title in the half marathon, seventh place at the Olympic Games in Rio. His next destination is Tokyo. The Olympic Games will take place there in summer 2021. So that he can be at the top again, he trains all summer in the Engadin. Tadesse Abraham Adrian Lehmann In his youth, the Langenthaler ran middle and long distances on the track. In 2013, at the young age of 23, he switched to the marathon and qualified on his debut for the home European Championships in Zurich, where he won the bronze medal in the team ranking with the national team the following year. At the Berlin Marathon in 2015, he set his current best time of 2:15:08. Together with Tadesse Abraham and the Swiss national team, Adrian became European Champion in Amsterdam in 2016 over the half marathon distance.
