Terms and Condition

1. Orders

1.1. All orders are confirmed as such, once you receive our confirmation email.

2. Services and prices

2.1. Orders are processed after receipt. Requested delivery times are considered whenever possible, are, however, not guaranteed.

2.2. Prices include statutory value-added tax. The published prices are binding and are accordingly confirmed. With any special wishes, price adjustments may be necessary. Delivery costs are charged according to the published prices of the overall account.

2.3. A refund of already paid, but not used services is not possible unless caused by rough negligence.

2.4. Delays in delivery do not entitle to the cancellation of the binding order.

3. Withdrawal

3.1. Cancellations and changes can be received only by telephone, immediately after the confirmation.

3.2. With later cancellations of the order, production costs might be charged.

4. Terms of payment

4.1. All invoices are to be settled with the delivery in cash. The rendering of an invoice is not possible.

5. Liability

5.1. The drive is liable for damage, gross contamination or loss or the entire delivery, or parts thereof. Relevant claims must be communicated to the driver at the time of the delivery. Thereafter, the delivery is considered as complete, and no claim for compensation is accepted.

5.2. The hotel Laudinella is not responsible for late or missing deliveries.

6. Sale of alcoholic beverages to young people

6.1. According to cantonal legislation, the sale of alcohol to young people is subject to various restrictions.

6.2. At www.laudinella.ch/delivery-shop, no alcohol is generally sold to young people under 18 years of age.

6.3. By stating that the customer is over 18 years of age, he/she confirms this bindingly so that this regulation and the legal requirements can be complied with.

7. Legal capacity

7.1. By placing an order through our delivery website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

8. Applicable law/Area of jurisdiction

8.1. Only Swiss law applies to this agreement with St. Moritz as the place of jurisdiction.

8.2. Should individual or several provisions of these general terms and conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.
